How do I place an order on your website?

To place an order, simply select the product you wish to purchase, choose the desired quantity, and add it to your cart. Then proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping and payment information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit, debit cards, and other secure online payment options.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We endeavour to process your orders within 1-3  business days (excluding public holidays) for orders to be picked, packed and posted. 

Delivery times will vary depending on your location in relation to our warehouses in Melbourne, Victoria.

Note that high volume sales period such as Christmas and Black Friday may result in delivery delays due to increase volume of packages through the courier network.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our order tracking page.

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia wide, regional areas included!

We currently do not ship internationally.

HOW much is shipping?

Australia Metro:

  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders above $140.
  • FLAT RATE STANDARD SHIPPING of $12 for orders under $140.

Australia Regional:

  • FLAT RATE STANDARD SHIPPING of $12 for all orders.

Express Shipping:

  • FLAT RATE EXPRESS shipping of $19.95 AUSTRALIA WIDE for all orders

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

We partner with Sendle (Metro) and Australia Post (Metro/Regional) to bring your Huggasleep goodies to you.

Can I change the shipping address for my order after it has been placed?

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us at support@huggasleep.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed.

Do you do returns?

We hope you’ll love your Huggasleep pillow as much as we loved creating it for you! But in the unlikely event that it’s not quite what you expected, we’re happy to offer you a refund.

Please make sure your items meet the following conditions for a return:

  • All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged, in the same condition you received them.
  • Your original postage fee is non-refundable.
  • Your refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
  • The cost of return postage will be deducted from the refund.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@huggasleep.com within 30 days with your:

  • Name
  • Order #
  • Reason for return

and we’ll provide further instructions.

After 30 days, all products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. We cannot issue a refund if the returned item is damaged due to improper packaging or repackaging by the customer. Please reach out to us if there are any issues, and we’ll work together to resolve them!

What do I do if I received a damaged product?

We’re sorry to hear that you received a damaged product!

Please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect the item
  2. Take photos: Capture photos of the damaged product, any damaged packaging, and the shipping label.
  3. Contact us: Email us at support@huggasleep.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive the details, we’ll assist you in resolving the issue. We’re here to help.

Pillow FAQ

How do I adjust my pillow?

1. Unzip the outer cover
2. Unzip the inner cover
3. Add/remove fill to your desired level
4. Close the zips and fluff the pillow to even out the fill before use!

If the microfibre filling gets stuck in the zipper: Since the pillow is filled with a blend of shredded memory foam and fine microfibres, sometimes the lighter microfibres can get caught in the zipper when opening or adjusting the fill.

If this happens, simply place a finger underneath the zipper and gently guide it to free the stuck fibres.

Should I use a pillow case?

It’s entirely up to you! Your Huggasleep Body Pillow comes with a cooling, removable, and washable outer cover. However, adding a pillowcase can give extra protection.

We have a range of our own High Comfort and breathable TENCEL™ Lyocell pillow cases available that are tailor-made to fit our body pillows.

What is the pillow made of?

The outer cover is made out of a blend of IceSilk™ 'cool-touch' technology fabric and polyester.

The fill is a blend of shredded memory foam and virgin microfiber.

How do i care for my pillow?

The better you look after your Huggasleep, the better it will look after you!

To keep your pillow fresh and fluffy:

Outer Cover: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water, then tumble dry on low or air dry.
Inner Pillow: Spot clean only—avoid soaking the filling.

Fluff It Up: Give your pillow a good fluff daily or every now and then to keep it at its best shape!

For best results, adding another pillow case will keep your pillow cleaner for longer.
